    I received this book as an advance reader copy from NetGalley.I live in central Connecticut, but I have never been to Chelsea Market However, my younger brother and his girlfriend live in Brooklyn and are frequent patrons of the Market Their tales of wonder were enough to get me very excited about requesting this book.Right off the bat, I adored this book s creative A to Z Table of Contents, which started at Apples and Other Fruits and ends at Za atar, Spice Mixes and Aromatics, and dedicated about ten pages to every imaginable topic in between Of specific interest to me were the cocktails and infused spirits gifts, parties and holidays pasta sweets candy and chocolate and za atar, spice mixes and aromatics.I thought, based on the first chapter, that the book would be a combination of profiles of the wholesalers who provision Chelsea Market, profiles of the unique products sold by these wholesalers, and one or two recipes using the products In the first chapter, there was a profile of Lattila Brothers fruit wholesalers a discussion of apples, citrus and berries, and melons and then a recipe for Rustic Apple Streusel Pie by Sarabeth Levine and a recipe for...
